Training services for customers

The people of CΟSMOTE Technical Services (CTS) mainly work on the pioneering technologies of the telecommunication sector. Consequently, they can convey this knowledge to the personnel of each client via tailormade specialized educational programmes. These programmes adapt to the particular needs of each company or can be customised to address any technical or telecommunication matter. In addition, the fully equipped facilities of OTE Academy offer infrastructure where theory can be combined with practice, such as the FTTH LAB – the only training lab in Greece specializing in the fiber optic services Fiber to the Home.

Indicatively, the training programmes available are:

• Training on the provision and support of new generation services
• Training of contractors on network works and earthworks
• Virtual Reality Training on services over the network of fiber optics etc.
